Vendor & Sponsor Information

If you’re interested in being a part of the Sonoma County VegFest on September 27, 2025 at the Santa Rosa Veterans Bulding as a vendor or sponsor, we’d love to have you join us. Please see the options below and apply using the form on this page.

VENDORS

Indoor General Package – $250
This space is an indoor vendor hall just inside the entrance and near the speaker and food prep demo rooms. It includes the following: 

• One space for a table and chairs. Table and chairs provided
• Your name/logo and link listed on the Vendor Page of our website

Outdoor General Package – $250 
This space is outside near the food court and music area. It includes the following: 

• One 10 by 10 space for your pop-up canopy or vehicle. (you need to bring your own pop-up, table, and chairs)
• Your name/logo and link listed on the Vendor Page of our website 

Animal Sanctuary or Rescue – $75
This is for the indoor or outdoor area and includes all the above offerings for either space.

Vegan Food Court: food vendors serving hot meals/plates of food/drinks – $350
Includes the following: 

• Outdoor Food Court: Space for your vehicle or 10 by 10 foot pop-up booth space. Larger spaces are possible, let us know if you need more space. You provide the vehicle or 10 x 10 pop-up, and/or table/chairs
• Electriciy if needed
• Your name and link listed on the Vendor page of our website

All vendor and sponsor fees are a donation to Compassionate Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and are tax-deductible.
